Reviewed September 11, 2026. This release is based on manufacturer documentation and dated Amazon Creators API listing receipts. It contains no hands-on testing, measured performance scores or customer testimonials.
Two kinds of evidence
Manufacturer product pages and manuals establish technical claims: embroidery field, sewing capability, transfer workflow and included hoops. A Creators API receipt establishes what an exact ASIN was called and which image and offer were returned at a particular time. A retailer title does not overrule the manufacturer’s specification.
The selector’s decision rule
We compare both dimensions of the final stitch file with the machine’s documented metric field. Inches convert at 25.4 mm per inch. A 90-degree rotation is considered only when the reader allows it. An embroidery-only machine is excluded when conventional sewing is required; a USB-only model is excluded when wireless transfer is required.
A missing required specification returns “needs verification.” Assembled caps, sleeves and closed items also return “needs verification” because dimensions do not prove physical access. A dimensional match still requires a compatible file, selected hoop, machine preview and appropriate fabric setup.
Identity before quantity
We count six machine identities, not every retailer kit as a different product. The PE900 base and PE900 bundles share the same machine field. The SE2000 offer in our receipt is labeled as an embroidery-kit bundle. The original Janome 500E is excluded because the manufacturer marks it discontinued; 500E LE retains its edition name.
No permanent offer promises
Public pages ask readers to verify current price and availability at the retailer. Dated internal receipt values are not presented as always-current offers. Product schema includes identity facts without invented reviews, ratings or offer markup.
Editorial art and real product photos
The sewing-studio hero is original AI-generated atmospheric brand art. It is not a machine photograph, tested stitch-out or factual product evidence. Product pages use photographs tied to the exact catalog receipt, hosted by Ridgenotch on Cloudflare R2.
Known exclusions
- Janome Memory Craft 500E (original): Manufacturer explicitly discontinued; do not merge with 500E LE.
- PE900 retailer bundles: Seven extra kit listings collapsed into the single PE900 machine identity; hoop quantity cannot increase its stitch field.
Keeping the record useful
Every machine page links its primary specification source and identifies its listing receipt. Review a changed manufacturer document before relying on an older conclusion. Send documented corrections to [email protected].
